SCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & POLICIES

● Lessons run weekly during VIC school terms but reach out if you’d like other lessons.

● If you can’t attend a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

● Make-up lessons will be offered when notice is given in time. If I am not able to offer a makeup lesson, a credit will be issued for the next term.

● Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full rate.

● If you are unwell, please let me know — cancellations due to illness will be handled with kindness and at my discretion.

PAYMENT DETAILS

● Term students pay upfront for the full term via bank transfer or PayID.

● Invoices are sent at the start of each term. Lesson times are secured once payment is received.

WHAT TO HAVE PREPARED

Please have a water bottle, folder, and a positive attitude! All warm-ups and music are provided.
